Our work is based on a high level of expertise. This includes not only a sound academic education, but also a repertoire of methods based on systemic, group-dynamic and experience-orientated approaches. We combine these competences with a high degree of practical experience as managers, consultants and trainers.
It is precisely this practical experience that characterises our work and ensures that our seminars are always closely linked to the specific challenges faced by our seminar participants and coachees in their day-to-day work. The systemic-scenic approach in particular, which characterises our work, leads to a high degree of practical relevance and sustainable, experience-oriented personal development.
Both in our counselling support and in our seminars, the aim is to bring innovative approaches down to earth, making them concretely applicable and realisable for everyone. We are not only thought leaders, but also pioneers.

Our close links with the University of St. Gallen and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität have ensured for many years that we have been able to deploy a highly qualified team of organisational anthropologists in corporate research. Implementing the specific methods of cultural research to precisely analyse corporate and management culture means that transformation does not happen blindly. Instead, we use our scientific expertise to shed light on precisely those stumbling blocks in management and corporate culture that can cause strategies to fail. And we build transformation on the very pillars of corporate culture that are often so important to maintain.
We don’t just talk about corporate culture, we also know what it is.
